Exploring Excellence

As a trust, we aim to make a wide range of professional development opportunities accessible for all our staff, teachers and teaching trainees. 

As such, we were thrilled to host our first conference Exploring Excellence in Education in partnership with eteach in June 2024 at Salesian College in Chertsey.

Keynote addresses were delivered by our very own Sam Crome on The Power of Teams, Rachel Ball from Steplab on instructional coaching, Adam Boxer on Carousel Learning and Shaun Brown from The Difference on Inclusion. Attendees signed up to an additional range of seminars taking place throughout the day, exploring different themes such as: Workload, Inclusion, Literacy, Effective Classroom, Professional Learning and Practice.

Our keynote speakers and seminar session-leads delivered brilliant sessions, leaving us with lots of practical and engaging ideas to consider and use in the classroom.
